Política de reembolso

The customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the products ordered. Return costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.

The return costs are:

France : 10 € with Colissimo carrier,
Countries inside the European Union : 20€ with Colissimo carrier,
Rest of the world : 30€ with DHL carrier.

We will deduct these return costs from the refund of your order.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete and accompanied by a copy of the documents attached to the order, to the following address: ATELIERS AUGUSTE – 8, RUE DE TURENNE – 75004 PARIS - FRANCE.

Products returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. It is therefore recommended to him to provide proof of this return, which supposes that the products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.

Reimbursement of the returned products will be made by crediting the bank card no later than thirty days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
