How do I care for my bag?
To nourish the leather of your bag, we recommend using a natural colorless nourishing milk. After application, let the leather rest for a few moments and then polish it with a soft, clean cloth.
When you are not using your bag, we recommend that you line it with tissue paper so that it keeps its shape and then store it in its cotton bag in a dry place, away from the sun.
Can i personalize my bag ?
Are the products of Ateliers Auguste guaranteed ?
Yes, the bags and accessories of Ateliers Auguste are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase subject to normal use and respect of the precautions of use recommended by Ateliers Auguste. If necessary, we can ensure repairs for your product. Please contact our customer service at "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Is it possible to return an item?
Yes, you have a period of thirty (30) days from the day of reception of the articles bought on the site ateliers-auguste.fr to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, under the conditions envisaged in article L. 121-20 and following of the Code of consumption.
To do this, you must inform us via the dedicated form: make a return.
After validation by the Customer Service, you will receive by e-mail the confirmation of the handling of your return. You will then have to send us back the article. The return costs will remain at your charge. The right of return will be acquired in the conditions if the article is returned new and in its original packaging. The product should not have been neither worn, nor used, nor modified, nor damaged and in perfect condition to be put on sale again.

Is my payment secured?
Yes, the payment is 100% secure. Transactions made on our site are secured by the payment system of our partner Shopify or by Paypal.All information exchanged to proceed with payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. These banking data can neither be detected, nor intercepted, nor used by third parties. They are not stored on our computer systems either. How long before receiving my order?
If you order from France, you will receive your order within 2 working days with COLISSIMO.
If you order from outside of France, it will take between 3 and 5 working days with FEDEX.
In Paris, any order placed before 2pm (except WE) will be delivered by courier free of charge within the day - courier option when choosing your carrier.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, we ship to almost any country in the world. If you live in a country that is not on the list, please contact us.
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery is free in France and Europe and from 200 € of order in the rest of the world. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. In the USA, customs fees are applied for any order over 800$ .
